自觉遵守常规  培养良好的习惯

亲爱的老师们，同学们：
　　早上好！今天我们演讲的题目是《自觉遵守常规   培养良好的习惯》。
　　英国伟大的哲学家培根说：“习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量，它可以主宰人生。”好的习惯，意味着自由快乐，心怀坦荡；意味着信守陈诺，风雨无阻；意味着自强不息，勇于攀登；意味着良好的个性和一生的幸福。
　　可在我们的校园里，还有许多不良行为的发生。课间活动的时候，一些同学大喊大叫，你追我赶；一些同学进出教室，上下楼梯你争我抢；上课开小差，你一言我一语；不认真做广播体操、眼保健操；甚至，经常不按规定穿校服等等。这些不良习惯不仅影响到班级风貌和学校的荣誉，还影响到个人的健康成长。
　　英国经济学家约凯恩斯说：“习惯形成性格，性格决定命运。”习惯是长时期里逐渐养成的行为，它是不容易改变的。作为祖国的花朵，未来的希望，我们要学会自我控制，抓住现在的美好时光，在奋进中磨练自己，才能尽快实现人生的理想。
　　同学们，自觉遵守常规，培养良好习惯会让我们的校园越来越美丽，越来越文明。

To abide by the conventional and cultivate good habits
Dear  teachers ,  students :
　　Good  morning !  Teady,  our  topic  is “To  abide  by  the  conventional  and  cultivate  good  habits ”
　　The  great  british  philosopher  bacon  said : “The  habit  is  a  great  and  struggling  power  which  is  the  key  to  life ”.  Good  habits ,  freedom  means  happy ,  magnanimous  mind .  neans  to  keep  it’s  promise ,  regardless  of  the  weather ,  Means  unremitting  self-improvement ,  the  courage  to  climb ,  Means  good  personality  and  happiness  of  life .
　　However  in  our  school ,  there  ercist  many  bad  acts .  For  example ,  during  the  after-class  activities ,some  studens  scream  and  make  a  hullaballoo  about  race  each  other ;  some  students  crowded  out  of  the  classroom ,  up  and  down  the  stairs ;  some  do  something  which  has  noting  to  do  with  class ,  some  students  talk  in  class  and  morning  exercises ;  Even ,  some  students  don’t  wear  school  uniform .  All  these  bad  habits  not  only  affect  the  class  style ,  the  school’s  honor ,  but  also  ruin  one’s  health .
　　The  british  economist  John  Keynes : “Habits  form  character ,while  desting  depends  on  charactor ,” the   habit           is  a  long  percod  of  time  to  develope  gradually ,  it’s  not  easy  to  change .  As  the  flowers  of  the  mother  land ,  the  hope  of  the  future .  We  want  to  loarn  to  control  yourself ,  seize  the  present  time ,  and  practice  purselves  in  learning .  only  in  this  way  can  we  realize  the  ideal  of  life .
　　My  fellow  students  abide  by  the  conventional  and  cultivate  good  habits .  try  to  make  our  campus  more  and  more  beautiful ,  more  and  more  civilized .
